Jennifer Andersen

Project Manager and Senior Environmental Planner
Jennifer is an expert in preparing and managing California Environmental Quality Act and National Environmental Policy Act evaluations with nearly 10 years of experience.

With nearly 10 years of experience, Jennifer prepares and manages California Environmental Quality Act and National Environmental Policy Act evaluations for development and transportation projects. Her responsibilities include managing project deliverables and schedules and client and sub-consultant coordination. She also oversees the quality assurance and control of technical reports, leads the internal team, and writes environmental impact reports and environmental impact statements.

Jennifer’s development experience includes working with the San Francisco Planning Department, various developers, and the cities of South San Francisco, Millbrae, Mountain View, Menlo Park, and Santa Clara. Her transportation and transit project experience covers the California Department of Transportation high-speed rail and roadway and freeway improvements.
