A trusted provider of services for migrating children and families

Working alongside leading national nonprofit providers to ensure children continue receiving critical support

A leading provider of unaccompanied children programs

With decades of child welfare experience, ICF helps government agencies and community partners design and operate complex national systems that directly serve unaccompanied children and refugees across the entire migration continuum.

From arrival and reception, to residential care, legal representation, behavioral health, reunification, post-release services, and long-term integration, we help ensure access to critical services and support.

"No single organization can do this work alone. Our network of nonprofit service providers perfectly complements ICF's experience managing complex human service programs. Together we will ensure children have continued access to the support they need."

Vice President Child and Family Wellbeing
