Kevin Bearden

Kevin is a senior vice president and an accomplished senior executive with more than 25 years of experience in strategic business growth, corporate operations, and oversight of large, performance-based programs. He is responsible for driving mission impact for federal civilian, national security, and social services agencies, as well as for state and local clients.

He brings extensive experience supporting humanitarian and social services programs that serve vulnerable populations both in the United States and abroad. Over the course of his career, he has led and supported programs serving unaccompanied children, refugees, asylum seekers, and immigrant families, including humanitarian missions and large-scale service delivery efforts in partnership with government agencies and nonprofit organizations.

Additionally, Kevin has overseen complex technology portfolios supporting some of government's most critical missions. His experience includes enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud transformation, cybersecurity, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies that drive operational efficiency, innovation, and mission impact.

Kevin previously led the humanitarian and foreign missions’ growth portfolio at Cherokee Federal, serving as Vice President & Growth Leader, as well as served in C-suite and other key senior executive roles at The Providencia Group (TPG), SOS International (SOSI), and General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT).

While at SOS International (SOSI), Kevin oversaw its federal civilian sector business, including the company’s language services portfolio that included programs providing interpretation and translation services for immigration courts nationwide under contract with the Department of Justice's Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), as well as language services supporting federal law enforcement missions, including the Drug Enforcement Administration.

Kevin served on the Board of Directors of the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants (USCRI) for seven years, bringing firsthand insight into the opportunities and challenges facing refugees, immigrant families, and unaccompanied children.

Prior to entering the private sector, Kevin proudly served as a U.S. Army Signal Officer, including assignments with the U.S. Army Information Systems Command (5th Signal Command), where he supported critical communications and information systems operations. Kevin served both on active duty (Desert Shield, Desert Storm veteran) as well as in the Army Reserves.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina A&T and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins.
