Courtney Partlow

Senior Vice President, Environment and Planning Lead
Courtney provides leadership for the growth, operational, and administrative efforts for a team of over 700 full-time and on-call environment and planning subject matter experts.

Courtney is a business leader with more than two decades of experience supporting clients and growing businesses within the public and private sectors. Courtney leads our Environment and Planning Division, helping clients solve their most complex and pressing environmental challenges. Courtney provides leadership for growth, operations, and administrative efforts for the division, which comprises planners, scientists, program managers, communicators, economists, technologists, and strategists. Her team is principally focused on local, state, federal, and commercial clients with projects related to energy, water, transportation, and natural resources.

Courtney’s specialties include people development, team building, creating new and efficient organizations, developing and accelerating growth, strategic planning, strategic communications, business development and management, and proposal development.

Courtney holds a master’s degree in natural resources and global sustainability from Virginia Tech and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the College of William & Mary.
