Brenda Girod has extensive experience leading energy, environmental, infrastructure, and defense programs. She has supported many public service-oriented initiatives; communicated to a wide range of audiences; interfaced with U.S. federal, industry, state, and local stakeholders in a myriad of subject areas; leveraged networks to move public policies forward; managed large workforces; and worked closely with U.S. federal and state government officials and community-based organizations.
Ms. Girod has operated effectively within multidisciplinary professional organizations with scientific, technical, financial, research, and policy expertise across multiple locations. She has successfully implemented rapid response teams to accomplish program objectives within short deadlines, and she has expertise in U.S. federal and state budgetary processes, strategic planning, public involvement, communications, and performance accountability.
Ms. Girod has B.S. and B.A. degrees from the University of Kansas.
