Jeff and his team deliver technology, analytics, marketing, and customer care services for some of the nation’s largest, most complex and leading demand side initiatives including Baltimore Gas & Electric, Georgia Power, New Jersey Office of Clean Energy, Southern California Edison and U.S. Department of Energy. He works closely with clients to leverage ICF’s national data universe and proprietary analytics, multichannel marketing, customer care services and the emerging application of building controls to drive behavioral change that benefit the end consumer across their energy journey but also the utility, yielding sustained engagement, customer satisfaction, and loyalty.
