Jeff brings decades of experience in customer programs spanning analytics, implementation, technology, marketing, and customer care to electric and gas utilities.
Jeff leads our utility programs and services division. In this role, he is responsible for advising and delivering innovative and impactful customer programs to utility clients. Jeff has over 25 years of experience designing and implementing customer engagement strategies, solutions, and programs that benefit his clients, their customers, and the world we live in.
Jeff previously led our growth, engagement, and insights line of business, where he and his team delivered technology, analytics, marketing, and customer care services for some of the nation’s largest, most complex and leading demand side initiatives. He worked closely with clients to leverage our national data universe and proprietary analytics, multichannel marketing, customer care services, and technology to drive persistent change benefiting both consumers and utilities.
