Adele has over 25 years of experience working with federal and local leaders to develop comprehensive workforce strategies and outreach initiatives.
Adele has over 25 years of experience in workforce development and executive leadership. She has served as the executive director of the Virgin Islands Workforce Development Board, as well as providing both executive oversight and counsel to Restoring Futures, a National Dislocated Worker program, and the Cybersecurity Youth Apprenticeship project, located in the U.S. Virgin Islands. With a long history of working alongside federal and local leaders, as well as private employers and non-profit organizations to develop comprehensive workforce strategies and home outreach initiatives, Adele possesses extensive expertise in nearly every facet of the human capital utilization process, from outreach and program implementation to policy development and outcome maximization. She is skilled in project execution, management, budgeting, and program design. Adele has provided subject matter expertise and guidance for industry sector development workgroups and has designed outreach strategies to engage “at-risk” youth and adults in vulnerable populations.
