ICF is continually on the cusp of new trends, attitudes, and market challenges and opportunities specific to the industries our clients serve—information that can help them make more informed decisions for their organizations, clients, constituents, and communities.
Along with the National Academy of Public Administration, ICF conducted a survey of U.S. federal executives to solicit views of their agencies' adoption of digital technology, focusing on mission achievement, innovations, organizational changes, and process improvement.
A panel of the Academy's expert fellows examined the survey's results and is issuing a report of findings and recommendations that identify areas of progress and remaining challenges.
Key topic areas of the survey include:
- How federal leaders are embracing digital technology
- Barriers to government’s full embrace of digital technology
- Achieving the transformative promise of digital technology
