Crystal is a multicultural marketing and communications expert with over 10 years of experience helping people engage and communicate with diverse communities.

Crystal is a senior marketing and communications professional with more than 10 years of experience developing and executing national education and outreach communications campaigns, partnership strategies, and multicultural community outreach. Her specialty is developing and executing communications campaigns for Black and African American audiences and developing community partnerships.

Crystal supports outreach efforts for diverse audiences concerning COVID-19 education for clients such as the Office of Minority Health, Morehouse School of Medicine, and LeadingAge. She also serves as a technical advisor to the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Highway Administration as it pertains to diverse supplier business opportunities.

Throughout her career, Crystal worked with nonprofit organizations and higher education institutions—and she continues that work today. She also worked with a variety of federal organizations, leading projects that address public health disparities—including COVID-19, sexual assault prevention in the U.S. military and international armed forces, and diversity and inclusion in federal contracting.
