Barry Broadus

Chief Financial Officer

Barry is a financial expert in the federal government services market with over 35 years of financial management experience.

Barry serves as ICF’s chief financial officer. He leads all aspects of the company’s accounting, finance, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and finance transformation initiatives.

Barry has over 35 years of financial, executive, and management experience, including over 25 years in the U.S. federal government services sector. Prior to joining ICF in 2022, Barry was chief financial officer for Dovel Technologies, a provider of technology solutions to federal government agencies with a focus in the health, human services, and public safety markets.

Previously he served as chief financial officer for SRI International, Constellis, and Alion Science and Technology; held senior financial positions with SAIC and EDS; and was a U.S. Army Field Artillery Officer. He has specific expertise in developing and executing complex financial transactions, merger and acquisition analysis and integration, cash management activities, margin improvement initiatives, and financial reporting, as well as building innovative and effective finance and accounting teams.

Barry serves on the board of directors for American Systems, Inc., where he is chair of the audit and finance committee and a member of the human resources committee. He previously served on a special advisory board for Phacil, Inc.

Barry was named a 2023 WashingtonExec Top CFO to Watch.
