David Birken

David provides complex program management, organization design, and implementation support. He currently oversees our disaster recovery projects across the continental United States, including a portfolio of $40 million in annual revenue and more than 150 employees. He is responsible for the full lifecycle of project management, staff management, and business development.

Prior to serving in this role, David led our human capital consulting and learning practice and has experience in data analysis, statistical and formal modeling, game theory, evaluation, organizational assessment, multi-sector workforce planning, and process and performance improvement in the federal sector. He specializes in constructing methodologies and systems for conducting meta-analyses of both quantitative and qualitative data; executing data collection and statistical analysis; and interpreting data set results into actionable steps for improvement.
