Kyle Wiggins
Kyle leads ICF’s Energy, Environment, and Infrastructure operating group that represents about half of the company’s annual revenues.
Kyle leads our Energy, Environment, and Infrastructure operating group. His team of more than 3,000 professionals advise commercial, federal, state, and local clients on energy markets, energy reliability and innovation, climate resilience and adaptation, environmental planning, conservation, transportation planning, and disaster recovery.
Prior to this role, Kyle led ICF’s Utility Programs and Services division. In that role, Kyle was responsible for advising and delivering program design and implementation services to ICF’s utility clients. He has over 15 years of experience in the energy sector, serving in both operational and financial roles.
Kyle’s experience spans operations, finance, and sales for both private and public companies. Prior to joining ICF, he served as the CFO of Cpower, a commercial demand response firm, and VP of U.S. Operations for Comverge, a residential demand response firm.
