Neal has over eight years of experience in developing innovative sustainability services for governments and businesses across the world. He is an accomplished project manager with deep expertise in energy and climate change policies and strategies. His expertise ranges across various fields, including designing and implementing energy and climate policy; emission trading schemes; financing energy efficiency and clean energy; climate finance; effective corporate responses to climate change; energy efficiency retrofits in buildings; energy and environment economics, law, and policy. Neal has an outstanding track record of delivering complex projects for various public and private sector clients, including the World Bank, European Commission, British High Commission, UK Departments for Energy and Climate Change (DECC) and International Development (DFID), the Government of India, Royal Dutch Shell, Vodafone, and JCB.
Neal holds a master's degree in sustainability leadership and a starred first class with distinction, B.A. (Hons), M.A. (Cantab) in land economy from the University of Cambridge.
