Since 2007, Neal has been delivering sustainability solutions spanning 30+ countries. He manages high-impact projects and leads business development. Neal is an exceptional communicator with problem-solving and adaptive leadership skills. He specialises in energy policies and programmes; emission trading schemes; green finance; and corporate sustainability strategies.
Neal is managing a suite of services for a large utility company. He has developed the sustainability strategy, footprints and GRI Standards assessment. The recommendations have motivated the company to become a sustainability leader, with a clear roadmap to realise this ambition. Neal led the low-carbon energy study under the UK Cross-Government Prosperity Fund. A senior British official commended the findings, which were “heavily drawn upon across a number of departments.” Neal has managed and developed 10+ projects under the European Commission’s DG Climate Action framework (worth €20 Million).
Neal holds a master's degree in Sustainability Leadership and a first class with distinction in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge. He is a qualified PRINCE2 Practitioner.
