Tracy Dean

Tracy Dean has more than 20 years of experience in the field of historic preservation and is SOI qualified. Her consulting experience includes managing a variety of high-profile projects for the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) public assistance program in the Environmental Historic Preservation (EHP) Department. She served with FEMA on two of the largest U.S. disasters: Hurricanes Katrina and Sandy, in addition to federally declared disasters in Missouri. On these projects, she managed environmental and architectural assessments/surveys and Section 106 consultations for areas of hurricane, tornado, or flood damaged buildings in need of rehabilitation, elevation, mitigation, or demolition.

Ms. Dean has a master's degree in Heritage Preservation from Georgia State University and a bachelor's degree from Georgia State University.
