Julie Jakopic

Senior Strategy Consultant, Community Services and Development
Julie is a community services and development expert with 15 years of experience helping organizations design and deliver programs and services to effectively and seamlessly help families and strengthen communities.

Julie helps clients design and improve programs and measure results. She collaborates with clients to create program management processes and performance measurement systems, develop data collection tools, measure results, and apply data to improve programs. Julie has experience in leadership development and coaching, team development, cultural competency, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution.

Previously, Julie worked in the non-profit sector providing direct crisis services to individuals. She assisted state officials in strengthening programs that help low-income families and communities with human services, community services, and energy efficiency strategies. She also served as the executive director of the National Association for State Community Services Programs.
