Kata Cserep
Kata is a leading expert in global aviation, serving clients in government, the private sector, the investment community, and industry associations. She manages a team of nearly 100 specialists in airline strategy, fleet, and network planning; airlines, airports, and maintenance, repair, and overhaul ; and business planning, mergers and acquisitions, and investment advisory for aviation-related assets. She also leads an in-house data-science team adept at interrogating large and complex data sets to reveal insights on truly complex challenges.
Kata joined us in 2005. In her advisory work, she focuses on the aviation ecosystem’s linkages and their business strategy implications. She has been involved in various aviation projects over the last 15 years, including airline diagnostics and business planning, as well as detailed market studies of socioeconomics, sustainable tourism, and due diligence of airline and airport transactions.
Kata is an experienced project manager and a qualified Prince2 practitioner. She is also a professional keynote speaker and moderator and regularly participates in industry events focusing on policy, investment, and strategic aviation issues.
In 2019, Kata was recognized by Airline Economics as one of the “Top 40 Under 40” aviation professionals globally.
