Baris is an experienced market strategy and business development leader with a demonstrated history of achieving growth. He joined ICF in 2018 and brings over 20 years of experience leading corporate strategy and business development efforts across various markets. In his current role, Baris leads all Enterprise Cyber and Resilience (ECR) division business development and strategy overseeing both the development and execution of market strategy across commercial and government markets. Prior to joining ICF, Baris spent over 12 years at Booz Allen Hamilton where he focused on DoD and DHS markets. While there he helped to stand-up and then to lead that firm’s market sensing and development capabilities which underpinned broader business development activities. Over his 20 plus years, Baris held various strategy positions in fortune 500 firms specializing in pipeline management/lead generation, client/customer relations, capability development and corporate strategy. Throughout his career Baris’ leadership has helped organizations realize transformational goals and achieve sustainable growth.
Raised in Boston, Massachusetts, Baris earned his Bachelor of Science in International Business from Babson, College and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University.
