Andrea is a financial expert with more than 10 years of experience leading fiscal and grants management teams for states, local governments, and nonprofit organizations during a crisis or disaster. She works with funding from multilateral organizations, foundations, and governments from Latin America, the Caribbean, and the United States.
Andrea’s professional specialty includes developing strategies for funding maximization and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
