Andrea Veach

Senior Manager, Financial Analysis
Andrea is an expert in fiscal recovery for governments and nonprofits with over 10 years of experience managing federal and multilateral funds.

Andrea is a financial expert with more than 10 years of experience leading fiscal and grants management teams for states, local governments, and nonprofit organizations during a crisis or disaster. She works with funding from multilateral organizations, foundations, and governments from Latin America, the Caribbean, and the United States.

Andrea’s professional specialty includes developing strategies for funding maximization and compliance with regulatory frameworks. Most recently, her focus turned to COVID-19 pandemic relief funding and infrastructure investments. In this capacity, she worked with hospitals, cities, counties, and states to identify eligible expenditures for the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the United States Department of Health and Human Services, the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Federal Transit Administration, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention grants and programs.

Andrea also works with our subject matter experts to integrate equity into program disaster recovery programs through participatory engagement, equity-centered program design, and program accessibility for disadvantaged and historically underserved populations.
