Maurice is a seasoned professional and manager in the ICF Justice and Home Affairs practice. As an experienced project manager he has taken on assignments for a number of different EU public clients. He has extensive knowledge of applying quantitative and qualitative analyses and in his work uses a wide range of different tools and methods.
He has worked on a significant number of different evaluations, impact assessments, and feasibility studies for the European Commission, and has led and (co-)authored numerous reports and papers for the Radicalisation Awareness Network and European Migration Network. Key projects include studies on transport security, border control and visa policies, terrorism financing, legal migration, asylum and irregular migration.
Continuously striving to learn on the job, Maurice has followed a ©PMBOK project management course. He is a MSc in Human Geography, a BA in Political Science and has completed minors in European Studies and Conflict Studies.
