Michael is a leader in interactive and digital marketing, customer relationship management, loyalty, and analytics. With a strong blend of digital and financial experience, he approaches work with an eye towards creativity but a goal of demonstrated ROI. With his passion for customer insight and his adept hand at crafting strategies to influence customer behavior, Michael has built successful programs and campaigns that align to and exceed client objectives.

Michael brings with him a strong background and demonstrated expertise in loyalty marketing, including strong airline industry marketing experience with leadership roles at Northwest Airlines and deep hospitality industry experience at Radisson Hotel Group. He led digital marketing at Bluestem Brands, a $1.2 billion online and direct retailer. was also senior director of CRM at Select Comfort, the vertically integrated manufacturer and retailer of Sleep Number beds. While there, he was responsible for lead nurturing, owner loyalty, interactive marketing, analytics modeling, and marketing research. His resume also includes experience at MRM (part of McCann Worldgroup) as senior vice president of relationship marketing for Fortune 100 CPG companies, including General Mills and Nestlé.
