Barbara specializes in strategic business planning and economic analysis for airlines and airports. She develops airline and airport frameworks by consulting to support clients' strategic decision-making, conducting market and passenger analysis and forecast, and preparing presentations and reports. Barbara is an expert in and the primary user of NetWorks—ICF's proprietary route network planning supporting decision tool.

Before joining us, Barbara worked for Aeromexico Airlines in network planning. She has extensive experience in statistical and financial data analysis, forecasting for route and scheduling planning, benchmarking, fleet planning, assessing business plans, and developing revenue budget forecasts. She also participated in a joint project for Aeromexico and Mexicana—implementing, maintaining, and developing the forecasting profitability valuation model.
