William Prindle supports utility and government clients on energy efficiency programs and policy issues.
Previously, he served as Deputy Director of the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy, managing its energy policy program among other responsibilities. He is nationally recognized as an energy policy expert and has provided testimony to Congress, state legislatures, and utility commissions. He holds an M.S. in Energy Management and Policy from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Psychology from Swarthmore College.
