Deanna Peiffer has nearly 20 years of experience leading business-building strategies that generate customer engagement and revenue growth. She leads marketing and customer journey mapping initiatives for healthcare, energy, and government clients.
Ms. Peiffer assists businesses in evaluating the quality of their customers' end-to-end journey and recommending strategies that lead to more satisfying experiences for customers as well as staff. She works with leaders across organizations to collaborate on common goals, socialize new concepts, motivate staff, and implement strategies and communications designed to impact behavior change.
Ms. Peiffer has an M.P.H in International Health from Tulane University and a B.A. in Marketing from Shippensburg University.
