His extensive background in utility processes and regulation requirements allows him to produce algorithms that aid in compliance reporting and improve grid reliability.
Baldwin is a licensed professional engineer (PE). He earned his master’s degree in predictive analytics from Northwestern University and his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
