Blake Woodward joined ICF in 2012 and serves as a program manager with expertise in the development and implementation of electrotechnology load growth programs and residential energy efficiency programs. He has managed or contributed to programs for more than 10 utility companies, with specialization in fossil fuel to electric conversion; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC); home performance with ENERGY STAR; and ENERGY STAR new homes programs.
Prior to joining ICF, Mr. Woodward served as governmental liaison for the South Carolina Business & Industry Political Education Committee (SCBIPEC) and the SCBIPEC Political Action Committee.
Mr. Woodward has a B.A. in Political Science and Entrepreneurship from West Virginia University, and he is a certified building analyst by the Building Performance Institute.
