Jason is a growth and technology leader with over 25 years of experience in building client markets, leading capture and proposals, and driving revenue.

Jason Williamson, Senior Vice President of Growth for our Digital Modernization and Experience Group, is a growth and technology leader with over 25 years of experience in building client markets, leading successful capture and proposals, driving revenue, and overseeing quality delivery of profitable engagements.  

Jason joins ICF after a successful career at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he most recently led business development and growth activities for their $3.4B Revenue/Year Federal Civilian Sector, enabling successful capture of $500M+ opportunities through robust pipeline management, focused client engagement, and rigorous shaping, solutioning, and proposal management. He specialized in investment strategies for large technology opportunities focused on software factory, low-code/no-code, cloud/infrastructure, cyber, big data, and managed services. Jason also managed and led the deployment of firmwide capture and proposal teams and managed the evolution and standardization of growth tools, including modernized customer relationship management and shared intellectual capital repositories.   

Jason is a Veteran of the United States Air Force and holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
