Jill is a manager supporting ICF’s school-based survey efforts. She has more than thirteen years of extensive recruitment experience working on local, state, and national health-related survey research focused on children and adolescents. Jill is an emerging project manager with strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to cultivate and build relationships. She is skilled in developing and refining unique and innovative strategies for recruitment success; training, supervising and mentoring project staff; and managing project timelines and deliverables.
When not in the office, Jill can be found at the local Pure Barre studio or at a soccer field cheering on her youngest son who plays for the William & Mary Tribe Men’s Soccer Team. She enjoys Pinterest, craft breweries, Netflix and good food.
