Jing Sun joined ICF in 2007 and has more than 12 years of research and evaluation experience in education, child welfare, social services, public health, criminal justice, and other fields.
Ms. Sun’s functional skills cut across a number of areas, including research design for randomized controlled trials and quasi-experimental, mixed-method evaluations; large-scale data management; and data analysis with advanced statistical methods, including multilevel regressions, logistic regression, propensity score matching (PSM), hierarchical linear models (HLM), structural equation modeling, ANOVA, and ANCOVA. She also has extensive experience collecting quantitative and qualitative data; producing research briefs, reports, and publications in peer-reviewed journals; and managing and analyzing spatial data. Ms. Sun regularly presents on a range of evaluation topics at national conferences.
Ms. Sun has a master’s degree in Psychology from New York University, a certificate of Geographic Information System (GIS) from Pennsylvania State University, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Sun Yat-sen University.
