With her extensive client service background, Connie is adept at helping clients and brands shine by identifying their biggest business challenges and building strategies that enable them to show up in all the right ways—truly becoming an extension of their own teams. Her background in research helped her lead a cross functional team to execute on an extensive multi-method research study culminating in our report, Sparking Consumer Participation through Shared Values and Beliefs.
Connie is also co-owner of an award-winning craft brewery, taproom, and coffee shop in Minneapolis. As a retail business owner, she brings a client-first perspective to everything she does—understanding the unique challenges of delivering for the business while ensuring the highest level of customer service. During her career she has worked in partnership with clients like Amtrak Guest Rewards, Sonesta International Hotels, Fogo de Chão, Grand Casino, Hormel, Skippy, Safeway, Kroger, Smucker Natural Foods, ConAgra Foods, Stonyfield Farm, and Amy’s Kitchen. Outside of her work at ICF Next, Connie loves creating art, singing, hanging out with her kiddos, playing with her dog, and riding motorcycles with her husband.
