As Eurofound prepares its 2025–2028 work programme, the Forum spotlighted key EU priorities: working conditions, employment and labour markets, living conditions, and industrial relations. The event gathered top-level policymakers, social partners, academics, and civil society representatives.

Challenge

The main challenge was delivering a high-profile, two-day Forum in a historic venue with logistical and technical constraints, while simultaneously coordinating a wide range of event deliverables—from entertainment and live music to photography, videography, branding, conference and participant management, as well as supplier and technical support—for more than 200 guests.

Solution

ICF Next created SPECTRA in partnership with GL Events Live to manage this event through strong early planning, clear coordination with all partners, and a fully integrated event management approach. By tailoring the setup to the venue’s limitations and managing all creative, technical, and operational elements under one cohesive plan, we ensured a smooth, branded, and high-impact experience for all participants.

The Eurofound Foundation Forum 2025 delivered an exceptional experience, made possible through close collaboration between our team, Eurofound, and our technical and creative partners. ICF Next/SPECTRA supported the organisation of this milestone event, contributing to its successful delivery and strategic impact.

Over two days, more than 200 high‑level participants engaged in a fully branded, smoothly coordinated programme that brought Eurofound’s 50th anniversary to life. Guests moved seamlessly through the historic venue, supported by thoughtful logistics, a cohesive visual identity, and a dynamic mix of discussions and cultural moments.

Live entertainment, audiovisual coverage, and real‑time social media activity helped sustain energy and broaden the event’s reach beyond the venue. The result was a highly successful Forum that strengthened Eurofound’s visibility, celebrated its milestone year, and left a strong impression on stakeholders across Europe.

“The event went exceptionally well—exactly as we had envisioned. Management and colleagues alike were delighted by the high-level attendance and the strong engagement throughout.”
