Amy Rucker specializes in water resource planning and management. She has more than 20 years of experience in integrated and multipurpose water resources planning; flood management and ecosystem mitigation; watershed management; ecosystem restoration planning, design, and implementation; and program and project management.

She manages indefinite delivery/indefinite quantities contracts for federal, state, and local clients, including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation. She has directed water and natural resource projects throughout the western United States, including large National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Environmental Impact Statements (EISs), watershed scale ecosystem planning and restoration, and reconnaissance and feasibility studies in support of water resource projects.
