Tad is a principal Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) architect and partner in our AEM consulting practice. He brings with him an extensive background in web operations and development, and years of experience with the AEM/CQ platform.
Tad’s career spans many different facets of the customer experience world. He started in web and print design, then moved on to user support, system administration, log aggregation, and monitoring systems. He also worked with web product design and interaction design. His focus now, however, is on the infrastructure, architecture, performance, optimization, and site reliability aspects of the AEM platform.
Tad has designed, deployed, supported, and optimized CMS, e-forms, and digital asset management platforms for companies just getting started on the platform, as well as Fortune-500 deployments. Among the more than 40 brands he’s directly worked on include Nike, Food Network, Las Vegas Sands, Siemens, BMW, AARP, United Health, Graco, Waters, and Boston Scientific. His work includes solutions on self-hosted, on-site data centers; on multiple third-party clouds like Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Azure; and for Adobe-managed solutions. A blogger and public speaker, Tad has created dozens of articles and videos on AEM architecture and best practices.
Tad enjoys mountain biking and skiing with his wife and three children as much as possible.
