Anita Rechler
Senior Vice President, Housing and Community Development

Anita Rechler joined ICF in 1989 and is a nationally recognized housing program designer, public policy planner, and analyst in the field of affordable housing and community development. Ms. Rechler has worked on high-profile projects, including participation on the senior leadership team for ICF's Hurricane Katrina recovery project, and she has directed several multimillion dollar research, training, and community development consulting efforts.

Prior to joining ICF, Ms. Rechler planned and implemented housing and community development programs for local government and managed training and technical assistance initiatives for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Ms. Rechler has a master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from The George Washington University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
