Christina is a systems specialist with nearly 25 years of experience in organizational leadership, systems building, and quality initiatives consulting.

Christina leads the region in understanding and educating others on underserved populations, homelessness, and children and families of poverty. She is highly skilled in leading teams to measurable outcomes and executing complex multi-disciplinary projects at various organizational levels. Christina has a successful track record in innovating and implementing national, regional and state systems that have strengthened brand alignment, improved production, and increased the quality of work outcomes.

Christina is passionate about developing and investing in others and creating sustainable positive social change that will result in better outcomes for children, families, and communities. She is a local and national speaker and uses collaboration and cooperation to build stronger networks and systems to improve services and program capacity. She recently published a series of LinkedIn articles on the topic and is a published author on leadership. Christina holds a MS in Early Childhood Studies and a MS in Management and Leadership.
