Laura Orfanedes has more than 20 years of experience designing and managing integrated marketing and communications initiatives (18 years within the energy sector). She is a principal of energy marketing in ICF's Commercial Energy Division, where she is part of the senior leadership team within the Innovation and Customer Engagement line of business. In this role, she delivers energy marketing and strategic communications for clients that include Baltimore Gas and Electric (BGE), PECO, and Georgia Power.
Laura is a former three-time elected member of the Association of Energy Services Professionals Board of Directors. Additionally, she is a member of AESP's National Conference Program Planning Committee and a trainer of record for AESP's Strategic Marketing of Energy Efficiency Course and its Customer Engagement Course, which she developed.
