Lindsay conducts research on a range of transportation topics, including collaborative decision-making, equity, bicycle and pedestrian planning, and transit operations. She also provides strategic planning and program implementation support to local and state transportation agencies. She brings experience in community outreach and communications from previous positions in the non-profit sector at Rails-to-Trails Conservancy and American Rivers.
Lindsay has a Master of Urban and Regional Planning (M.U.R.P.) from Virginia Tech and a B.A. in Sociology and Environmental Studies from Tulane University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners.
Outside of work, she volunteers at a local food pantry and recently took up kayaking.
