Ed is a Director at PulsePoint Group where he primarily focuses on social media strategy, digital listening in the context of crises, influencer engagement and issues management. He has supported various clients, including Delta Air Lines, Novartis, Virgin Australia, Toyota, and Johnson & Johnson.

Prior to joining PulsePoint, Ed worked as a Content Strategist at digital agency Oodle, developing social media strategies, executing and analyzing digital advertising campaigns, and executing digital content across all platforms for companies including Nathan’s Famous Hot Dogs.

Ed started his communications career in the beauty industry, as a Creative Communications Specialist and Copywriter at CPG company Kao USA, Inc. There he developed global packaging communication and brand strategies for companies including Jergens and John Frieda.

Ed graduated from Xavier University’s Williams College of Business holding a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business with a minor in Spanish.
