Deirdre Middleton is a manager for ICF’s survey research business with over 10 years of experience in epidemiology, developing survey methods, supporting data management and statistical survey support. Prior to joining ICF, she served as a Field Researcher for the National HIV Behavioral Surveillance System (NHBS) at the George Washington University Department of Epidemiology.
Ms. Middleton’s expertise comprises of technical writing, survey methodology, developing study procedures and documentation, and epidemiological reporting. Her work has included managing statistical and analytic work, design and testing of sampling/data collection tools, technical assistance (TA), conducting analytic and data management trainings, and subcontractor management. She has led the development of quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) practices on several projects to maintain data quality standards while increasing efficiencies.
Ms. Middleton holds a Master of Public Health, Epidemiology from the George Washington School of Public Health and Health Services and a bachelor’s in biology from St. Mary’s College of Maryland.
