Stanley Maoury

With more than 25 years of IT management experience, Stan Maoury is a seasoned IT Project and Program Manager with expertise in large scale IT Program Management, IT Strategic Planning, IT Governance, Performance Management, and Management Consulting.  Mr. Maoury joined ICF in 2007, and currently runs ICF’s Grant Solutions & IT Services practice. While Mr. Maoury has consulted to the commercial sector, Federal Government, and international segments in the areas of Defense, Homeland Security, and Health; his focus since 2008 has been exclusively throughout the US Department of Health & Human Services (HHS).  Since 2016, Mr. Maoury has been managing ICF’s System Engineering Support Services (SESS) contract with the National Institutes of Health’s (NIH) grants system, Electronic Research Administration (eRA).

Mr. Maoury has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Virginia Tech, and a Masters of Business Administration from George Mason University.  He is a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
