Stephen Luce focuses on growth and client satisfaction with ICF’s digital engagement, analytics and workforce development portfolio at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). As a company principal and account executive solely focused on CDC, he is dedicated to helping his clients connect with people in data-driven, digitally-transformative ways to achieve public health missions. From digital communication strategies that engage with citizens and stakeholders in health, to digital services that improve organizational performance and public health workforce competency, Mr. Luce leverages ICF’s passion for making a positive impact on the world to improve the public’s health.
Mr. Luce has focused on connecting audiences with services, products and messages that achieve social and business objectives for the past 25 years. After marketing and public relations careers in professional hockey and information technology, he was introduced to the challenges and opportunities of the healthcare industry while working with hospital administrators and clinical staff as a product manager for an innovative web-based service. Before joining ICF in 2016, Mr. Luce served the United States for over a decade with his work at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), directing social marketing and health communication activities for CDC programs.
