Jim Lawler has more than 30 years of HR experience, including extensive international experience in people-driven businesses. Prior to joining ICF, he served as chief HR officer at TASC, Inc., while the company was establishing itself as a standalone company. At TASC, Jim designed and staffed the HR organization; recruited key members of the senior leadership team; designed and led the rollout of the company's compensation and benefits programs; and executed an HR systems conversion.
Jim has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Georgia and an executive coaching certification through Georgetown University's Leadership Coaching Program.
