Selim Karabulut has more than 16 years of experience in various project and program management activities including marketing, strategic planning, market analysis and research, sales and recruitment, financing, and technical training. Additionally, he has experience internationally and his consulting experience includes working with both private and public sector clients in energy services, transportation, information technology, and building industries.
His primary area of expertise is energy-efficiency program design and implementation. Mr. Karabulut leads all energy efficiency projects in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast region including utility implementation efforts for Baltimore Gas and Electric (BGE), Southern Maryland Electric Cooperative (SMECO), Pepco, Delmarva Power, South Carolina Electric & Gas, and Georgia Power.
Mr. Karabulut holds an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University, a B.S. in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech and a B.A. in Political Science from Virginia Tech.
