Austin offers expertise in all commercial aspects of the airline industry, including revenue management, planning (strategic, network, fleet, and schedule), distribution, and alliances/strategic partnerships. He manages installation and customer support of our proprietary NetWorks® simulation tool, which many airlines and airports use to evaluate new routes and schedules in today’s competitive environment. Austin brings a valuable airline-centric perspective, having worked at JetBlue Airways as a revenue management analyst, at Virgin America as an interim revenue management director, and at Copa Airlines in commercial strategy (pricing and revenue management). While primarily focused on assisting airline clients with their commercial decisions, he also brings experience working with airports, governments, non-governmental organizations, and private investors.
