Eric Hamann, a member of ICF’s executive leadership team, joined the company in 2005 and serves as the global head of Corporate Development with responsibility for ICF’s M&A and strategic alliance programs. Since joining ICF, he has helped to shape the strategic direction of the firm, sourced and closed 19 acquisitions, and played a lead role in the successful completion of ICF’s initial public offering in 2006 and follow-on equity offering in 2009, raising more than $56 and $87 million in gross proceeds, respectively.Prior to joining ICF, which included stints at both high growth and Fortune 50 companies, Eric held critical roles in corporate strategy, M&A and investor relations. Over the course of his career, Eric has helped transform multiple companies and closed 60 M&A transactions globally with combined value of nearly $16 billion. Eric was named 2010 Corporate Executive Dealmaker of the Year by the Association for Corporate Growth, National Capital Region, and was a Finalist in 2014. Eric also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and holds a bachelor’s degree from Creighton University.
