Carrie is a project management professional with experience in energy, environment, and clean transportation markets. She is a skilled project manager, leading transportation electrification, emission reduction programs, and alternative fuel vehicle projects nationwide. Carrie guides program strategy, creates educational events, leads outreach campaigns, and provides technical assistance to support clean transportation programs. Her experience includes providing support to local governments, state agencies, utilities, and federal clients such as the National Renewable Energy Laboratory and the U.S. Department of Energy.
