Jennifer is a strategy, human capital, and branding expert with more than 20 years of experience focused on organizational leadership in professional services firms.

Jennifer is an organizational expert with more than two decades of strategy, human capital, and branding leadership experience in all sizes of professional services firms. From start-up organizations to global professional services firms, Jennifer’s people-centered approach to management results in the execution of numerous high-margin growth strategies. 

Her primary focus area is digital and organizational transformation in the public sector. Jennifer delights in solving the human challenges of IT modernization and brings a customer experience (CX) lens to her work.

Jennifer’s diverse skillset drives her leadership style for enterprise growth. With roots in corporate finance and management consulting, and more recent leadership roles in growth, Jennifer is responsible for strategic initiatives, business development, and building sustainable brands and infrastructure.

As a working professional with a family, Jennifer authored “Ringmaster: Work, Life, & Keeping It All Together,” a book designed to help those chasing home-career balance. She also regularly contributes to ForbesWomen and NBC’s “Know Your Value” multi-channel platform for professional women, which garners 140 million monthly visitors.

Jennifer is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and a certified Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute. She earned her master’s degree from Georgetown University and her bachelor’s degree in business and economics from Randolph-Macon College. She serves as the President of the Board of the Society of Alumni at Randolph-Macon College.
