Matt Dugan
Vice President, Energy

Matt Dugan has more than 15 years of experience in the development and implementation of electric and gas energy efficiency programs, including projects recognized nationally for exemplary design and performance.

Prior to joining ICF, Mr. Dugan served as manager of residential and low-income, energy efficiency programs at KeySpan Corporation and manager of commercial and industrial energy efficiency programs at National Grid. He has extensive experience in seeking and receiving approval for programs through the regulatory process and has played a key role in natural gas programs in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, and Rhode Island.

Mr. Dugan holds an M.B.A. with a marketing focus from The University of Massachusetts Boston and a B.A. in Arts and Sciences from The Ohio State University.
