Lee has experience with multiple natural resource regulatory processes and is proficient in the development of cost-effective/scientifically-sound minimization, avoidance, and mitigation measures to offset potential project impacts. He has worked on projects dealing with ecosystem functional assessment, stream and wetland permitting, and restoration design. He also has participated in projects across the U.S., but primarily focuses on the Midwest and Southeast regions.
