Regan Bosch Checcio

Practice Lead, Digital Product

Regan is a product strategy expert with more than a decade of experience in improving outcomes for government agencies and private clients.

Regan has over 10 years of experience in product centricity and human-centered design for public and private clients, including roles in product strategy, Agile delivery, user experience (UX), and team operations.

Regan works primarily with federal government agencies on both new and existing Agile digital product delivery efforts. She leads product managers and strategists to innovate, such as building valuable digital products that meet user needs and organizational goals within the constraints and context of the contract scope.

Regan’s team specializes in weaving human-centered design practices into the Agile process, using and blending best-fit methods from Agile, UX, business and market fit, and modern product management frameworks and approaches.

At ICF, Regan serves a variety of clients and digital products. She led a large team for the Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General (OIG) where she was responsible for building and maintaining more than a dozen data analytics and information tools, as well as supporting end-users in federal law enforcement and policy oversight roles for OIG’s mandate to protect the Medicaid program from fraud, waste, and abuse. Regan also led product design and strategy work for AmeriCorps, the White House Drug-Free Communities grant program, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration and StopAlcoholAbuse.gov, Baltimore Gas and Electric Company, Texas Department of Transportation, and United Healthcare.

Earlier in her career, Regan consulted clients in federal law enforcement and environmental management and policymaking.

Regan holds a bachelor’s degree from Duke University and professional certifications in UX, product management, facilitation, and digital marketing. She draws on her experience as a former Division I athlete and coach in her approach to building teams and serving clients.
